How long will my custom design take to create?
The average turn-around time for custom designs is 2-4 days from the day your order is placed. Production and shipping time vary anywhere from 7-15 days depending on workload & where you live. We also offer rushed deliveries by a 3rd party shipment company, see below for more details!

Can I make changes after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that changes can be made after you've submitted your order, but anything is possible. To avoid issues, please double-check your order before you place it. Of course, if you do happen to make an error on your order, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do!
What if I need a size or product not listed in the store?
Contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you with your custom order. *Note* Some products come in a range of sizes that others may not be available in!
WHAT IF I want a product in a different color not listed in the store?
Contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you with your custom order. *Note* Some products come in a range of colors that others may not be available in!
Is it possible to have a front design on the back and vice versa?
Of course, contact us and we can put any design on a front or back and vice versa. Also, if you want a design on a specific product we can do that as well!
What payment options are available?
2UP Productions accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, all major credit cards, and Cash App ($2UPPRO) transcations. For your protection, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud, so double-check your billing and shipping address to avoid delays with your order.
Is it possible to share my design with others?
Sure, we offer share links of Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter towards the bottom of the product screen, and also Pinterest icons in the corners of all of our images!
Can I see a preview before I order?
Of course! All 2UP designs come with a complimentary proof email before going into the shipping process, to make sure the product is exactly what you want.
Will my order look exactly like the preview?
2UP ensures that all previews are the closest representation to the real product when you receive it. Occasionally color variations happen, but we want you to be 200% satisfied with your order. If you’re not, contact us.
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our TOP priority! We're proud to offer the highest quality customized apparel and want you to be fulfilled. If your custom apparel is misprinted, flawed, or damaged in any way, we will offer you a reprint or a full refund with no hassles. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll go from there.
